They comes from different place ,with different culture ..
started with lovely greeting "hey" , "hello" wish people that they sent greeting will reply with lovely words.
Some people put a bad think when someone unknown sent a private message on their social account, and report it as spam,BUT  lot of people will take it as a new experience and gained lot of friend.

What you'll do when you find a greeting message on your FACEBOOK or TWITTER inbox ......?
